To make your onboarding experience smooth and valuable, we’ve laid out a structured process that covers everything you need to know—from getting started to defining success and understanding our core features.  Here’s a general overview of what to expect during onboarding:

 Phase 1: Welcome & Orientation

Your journey begins with a warm welcome from our CEO or Implementation Manager. This phase is all about setting expectations, outlining what the full onboarding process looks like, and providing access to our Onboarding Hub.

You’ll receive:

  • A summary of the three onboarding phases in the form of an email.

  • Tips on preparing your team (time commitment, who should attend, etc.)

 Getting Started: Platform Setup Basics

Next, we walk you through the basics of setting up your organization within the platform. This includes:

  • Logging in

  • Navigating the dashboard

  • Adding admin and team accounts, and managing permissions

  • Answers to common setup questions

  • A helpful video walkthrough

Defining Success: Setting Goals & Metrics

To ensure the platform works for your goals, we’ll help you prep for the goal alignment session. You’ll see:

  • Examples of success metrics (like contact rates, form completions, or event attendance)

  • How your specific goals shape platform workflows and configuration

Core Features Overview

We’ll give you a quick tour of the core tools you’ll be using. There will be a few video and feature breakdown highlights:

  • Pre-screening workflows

  • Conversation management

  • Form usage

  • Event scheduling

Getting Support: We’ve Got You Covered

We know questions come up, so we make it easy to get help early and often. You’ll learn:

  • Where to go for support (email, office hours, ticket system)
