Getting Started: Platform Set Up Basics
This guide walks you through the essential steps to set up your organization inside Interview Now. From logging in to adding team members, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running. You'll find some basic navigation steps along with helpful videos to get you started. Please complete these steps prior to our first meeting.
Things You'll Need:
- Cell phone
- PNG file of Department Logo or Patch
- List of names and email addresses for your Recruitment Team
1. Log in and Set Up Your Account
Start by accessing the platform with the credentials you received via email.

Visit Interview Now

Enter your login information

Set up two-factor authentication (optional)
2. Upload Your Logo Patch
To personalize your account, you'll need to upload a PNG file of your department or agency's logo patch. Head into "My Account" and select "Account Settings". Look for the option to upload the image.

Recommended file format: PNG

Ideal size: At least 500x500 pixels

You’ll upload this during the account setup process under Account Settings
3. Create your Admin & Team Accounts
To collaborate effectively, invite your team to the platform:

Add users manually using the "New Account User" button on the right-hand side.

Assign roles (Admin, Recruiter, etc.)

4. Test Your Pre-screen Experience Using Your Cellphone
Before you begin using Interview Now with real candidates, it's important to test your pre-screening experience from a candidate’s point of view. This ensures everything works smoothly and looks professional.
🔍 How to Find Your Organization’s Pre-screen Phone Number:

Navigate to the Dashboard.

Go to the My Account > Account Settings section.

Scroll down until you see Communication Settings.

Next to the Interviews & FAQ Center lives your AI Recruitment phone number.

You can also test by texting your keyword ex. "JoinIN" and walking through the set of questions.
If you did not provide your pre-screen questions, please submit a ticket with your job application links and questions you'd like associated with each one, and we can set them up for you.
📱 How to Test the Experience:

Use your cellphone to text the number along with your keyword phrase.

Go through the Pre-screen questions as if you were a candidate.

Check for clarity, timing between questions, and mobile-friendliness.

If something feels off, you can make edits by taking notes and submitting a support ticket
